Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Brand Manager to lead our brand initiatives, with a strong focus on marketing Echo FM 100.7 Owerri and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, audience growth, and commercial partnerships for the radio station, while maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for Echo FM 100.7 Owerri

Promote the radio station to increase listenership, advertiser interest, and market share

Drive client acquisition and expand the station’s advertising and partnership portfolio

Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms

Plan and oversee on-air, digital, and offline marketing campaigns

Collaborate with programming, sales, and marketing teams to align brand and revenue goals

Identify new business opportunities, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide branding and sales strategies

Monitor brand performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness

Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or media-related roles

Strong understanding of radio, media marketing, and audience engagement strategies

Ability to drive client growth and manage commercial relationships

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Experience in broadcast media or advertising sales is an added advantage
