Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing, cinematography, and content production
- Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Excellent computer skills and keen attention to detail
- Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and content creation
- Ability to interpret analytics and performance data to inform creative decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Solid organizational skills and a strong sense of timing and visual awareness
- Familiarity with audio editing and color grading is an advantage

This role combines technical expertise with creative vision. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content that reflects the company’s values of diligence, creativity, and impact. You’ll work closely with our marketing and communications teams to create videos that inform, inspire, and engage.
