Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience operating MOZ offset printing machines
- Proven ability to set up and operate MOZ 5-color and 2-color offset printing machines according to job specifications
- Strong understanding of offset printing processes, color registration, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality print output
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a production team
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Familiarity with maintenance and basic repair of printing equipment is an added advantage
