Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating CTCP (Computer-to-Conventional-Plate) systems
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW and other graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of prepress processes, plate imaging, and output procedures
- Ability to prepare files accurately and ensure alignment with printing specifications
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling print-ready files
- Solid computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with designers and press operators
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines
